Kenya Airways has issued an apology to its customers for flight disruptions that occurred on Thursday morning. “We sincerely apologise to our customers for any inconvenience and assure you that we are doing our best to minimise the disruption,” the airline stated.

The disruptions were attributed to fuel supply issues at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which resulted in delayed morning flight departures. However, the airline noted that “the situation has normalised and most of our morning flights have departed.”

Kenya Airways mentioned that dedicated teams are working diligently to recover their departure and arrival schedules by midday. “We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time,” the airline added.

Earlier, Jambojet Airlines also extended an apology to its customers for similar flight disruptions.
