More than 300 Kenyans are expected to be employed at CH Experience—a prominent provider of outstanding contact center services—over the next year. The company officially launched its operations in Kenya on July 31, paving the way for promising developments in the years ahead.
During the launch event, High Chief (Dr) Bode Mustapha, Chairman and founder of CH Experience, expressed his enthusiasm for making a substantial positive impact on Kenya’s BPO industry.

Adding that: “The market potential for BPO services in Kenya and the region is immense, driven by the need for businesses to streamline operations and focus on core competencies.
“CH-Experience aims to serve key industries and sectors such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, and technology, among others,” said Dr Bode.

CH Experience is a subsidiary of Chat Hub Nigeria, which manages Airtel Nigeria’s customer care services. The company aims to employ up to 300 Kenyans in the next year to handle over 500,000 tasks monthly. The company’s goal is to significantly increase this number to over 15 million tasks monthly within the next 10 years, ultimately creating employment for more than 3,000 Kenyans.
