CNN Africa correspondent Larry Madowo has shared his immense excitement and heartfelt appreciation for a truly remarkable educational initiative taken by a Kenyan school.

This unique venture involved taking the school’s young pupils on an eye-opening tour of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport – an experience that deeply touched Madowo and left him enchanted.

In his response, Madowo shared a photo of the pupils in the Airport and praised the school’s decision to introduce the young, curious minds to the inner workings of an airport.

He stated that observing these school kids interact with the airport environment genuinely warmed his heart.

Madowo’s admiration for the school’s approach extended to its educators, as he commended them for sowing the seeds of ambition in the children’s hearts.

He noted the tremendous potential of this initiative to inspire these kids to dream beyond their immediate surroundings and imagine a world full of opportunities on a global scale

Beneath the tweet, the journalist inquired of their followers whether their school had ever organized a trip to the airport.

“Did your school take you to the airport?” he posed.

A number of schools in the country take their students on different education tours during their time in school to ignite dreams to work harder. The tours ranger from visiting companies, game parks and government institutions
