Man In Court For Allegedly Defiling His Daughters

Nicholas Mwanzia, a 56-year-old man from Ituusya village in Kangundo, Machakos has today been arraigned in Kangundo court for allegedly defiling his two daughters aged eight and fifteen years old.

Mwanzia is said to have defiled his 8-year-old on diverse dates in February and March 2023. 

Within the same period, he is said to have also defiled his 15-year-old daughter.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a bond on a surety bond of kshs.200,000 before the court no 1

Before Principal magistrate Martha Opanga, Mwanzia pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a Ksh. 400,000 bond – Ksh 200,000 for each count.

The case will be mentioned on March 22, 2023.
