A middle-aged man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for defiling and impregnating his 14-year-old daughter.
Homa Bay Senior Principal Magistrate Charles Soiutai, in his ruling, said the prosecution had proved its case beyond reasonable doubt.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) presented five witnesses to testify against the accused in the case.
