Travel content creator Miss Trudy left followers in tears after sharing a raw, unfiltered confession filmed in her Nairobi bathroom on September 28, 2026, cradling her baby while recounting one of the hardest seasons of her life.

The video, posted to her Instagram page, opens with Miss Trudy visibly emotional, explaining she had just woken up and was overwhelmed by the memories flooding back as she returned to her apartment, the same place where she had previously lost two pregnancies.

Miss Trudy’s painful journey of losing pregnancies

In the tearful clip, Miss Trudy recalled rushing to Coptic Hospital, located near her apartment, after bleeding began during one of her pregnancies.

Doctors informed her it was too late and nothing could be done. A second loss followed under similarly devastating circumstances, with hospital scans initially showing the baby was fine before a later visit brought heartbreaking news.

“They told me, sorry, we lost. We lost. We lost it. And they had to clean me. They had to remove it. He was a boy,” she said, her voice breaking.

She described calling her husband, who broke down upon hearing the news. In total, Miss Trudy disclosed she has suffered six miscarriages, a revelation that prompted her to question her faith.

“I started asking God, God, why are you letting this happen to me? How many times do I have to go through this? I felt so defeated and so alone,” she said.

From heartbreak to testimony

Yet the tone of the video shifts as she looks down at the baby in her arms. She shared her baby with Ghanaian YouTube travel creator Wode Maya, and returning to the same home where grief once consumed her, this time with her child, moved her deeply.

“I can’t help but give God praise. I can’t help but be grateful,” she said, composing herself.

Miss Trudy directed her message specifically at women navigating infertility and pregnancy loss, urging them not to abandon hope.

“Where it seemed impossible, one day you’ll come back, and it’s going to be so possible,” she added.
