Murugi fires back at ex-lover Frank after he claimed she made him broke

Frank Rhama’s Kenyan ex-wife Murugi has taken a swipe at the TikToker after he claimed that she made him broke.

On Monday, Murugi took to her TikTok account to share a subtly sarcastic lip-synching video that quickly garnered attention.

In the video, she employed a popular soundbite featuring a humorous piece of financial advice.

“If the money you have cannot solve the problems you have, eat that money,” she lip-synced.

This comes barely a day after Frank formerly known as Frank Murugi took to his socials alleging that she was the cause of his financial downfall.

In the video, he

After being with a Kikuyu lady for three years, I’m now completely broke. I realize I gave too much love to the wrong person,” he wrote.
Frank, Murugi split up

In February, the Belgian national announced that he and Murugi had broken up after videos of him and his wife Rhama surfaced online creating outrage.

“I am not together with Murugi anymore. I travelled 12 hours back to Kenya to see my daughter as a responsible father. Kenia is my everything,” he said.

claimed that three years of being in a relationship with Murugi had not only drained him emotionally but had also left him ‘completely broke’.

In April, Frank shared a video of him and Rhama showcasing photos they took on different occasions celebrating their first wedding anniversary.

“We are married, and the year has been full of many beautiful memories also with ups and downs, but we are inseparable. I love you,” Frank wrote.
Frank deported

In 2022, Frank was nabbed for alleged drug trafficking and deported from the country.

He faced allegations of illicitly acquiring Ksh435 million from the cocaine trade in Belgium via the Port of Antwerp in 2015.
