Mystery of parcel with three human fingers and six bullets delivered in Eldoret

Police in Eldoret have commenced investigations into an incident where a man received a parcel with three human fingers enclosed with six bullets.

A middle-aged man reported to Eldoret Central Police station after he was called by a stranger, a boda boda rider, to pick his parcel within the CBD.

He said after receiving the envelope he opened immediately only to be shocked after discovering three human fingers and the bullets inside.

The man said he raised an alarm and bystanders alerted the police who arrived at the scene some few minutes later and took the fingers to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) Morgue.

The bullets are being held at Eldoret Central Police station as police commence ballistic testing.

The sender of the parcel is yet to be identified as the rider who received the parcel assist the police in the search.
