Residents of Kiptulwo village in Kuresoi south, Nakuru county on Wednesday woke up to a shocking incident where two cow tails, black and white, were found planted at a crossroads in Kiptulwo junction.

It is said cases of night-runners chopping off cows’ genitalia as well as udders and tails have risen in areas such as Okwalla, Bararget in Keringet and parts of Tinet wards in Kuresoi south sub-county.

Speaking at the scene area residents who were stunned by the incident said the two tails were tied on bamboo and cedar poles.

They held prayers before they torched the tails.

The suspected night-runner was not caught.
