Narok: Police launch probe on mysterious death of Maasai Mara University student

Police officers in Narok have launched a probe into the mysterious death of a student at Maasai Mara University.

According to a police report, 20-year-old Adah Nyambura, a first-year student, was found dead at Macedonia area on Sunday lying in a bush half naked with minor bruises on the face.

Police added that Nyambura had been reported missing by his boyfriend only identified as Brian Kimutai, 23.

Investigators suspect that the deceased was raped before being murdered.

Meanwhile, the body has been taken to Narok County referral hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
