Corazon Kwamboka has often highlighted how fitness has positively affected her mental health, showing that her workouts are about more than just physical appearance. She has also addressed critics who argue that years of training haven’t given her a muscular physique.

“The gym has improved my mental health! That’s why I don’t care when people say I’ve been working out for years without any muscles! I do it for how it makes me feel, not how it makes me look! And I’ll never miss a nice, well-prepared meal,” she said.

On January 22, 2025, she spoke out about unrealistic expectations around quick fitness results and the reliance on gimmicks like slimming teas or waist belts.

“One of the questions I get asked, and I hate. Just work out, please. There is no exercise for a flat tummy specifically, no tea, no belt, and no magic unless you go the surgery route. Just work out and eat right,” she said.

She also emphasised the value of full-body workouts and consistency, pointing out that genetics influence how the body responds.

“Your body will respond how it wants to respond, depending on your genetics. Stop looking for shortcuts! Go to the gym and work your whole body, and you will see results progressively,” she added.

“Stop looking for shortcuts! Go to the gym and work your whole body, and you will see results progressively. I’ve always had a tiny mid-section way before my babies, so it’s genetics. But anyone can achieve anything with consistency,” Corazon shared.
