Internet sensation Gloria Ntazola has told women to stop being soft, arguing that the world does not treat them kindly.

In a post shared on her Instagram stories on Monday, May 4, 2026, Ntazola urged her female followers to adopt a tougher attitude, warning that being gentle and overly trusting can easily backfire.

” Go be a bad bi*. The world is cruel to soft girls,” she said.

This comes just days after she said men should be treated based on how they provide in a relationship.

In a post shared on her Instagram stories on Friday, April 24, 2026, Ntazola said stingy men should not expect to enjoy good meals. According to her, such men can be served simple food like porridge and dry beans, while those who provide deserve better treatment.

“Stingy men don’t deserve to eat good food. Make him porridge and dry beans. Only providers deserve good food !!” Ntazola stated.

This is not the first time she has spoken about provider men. She has repeatedly urged women to be careful about who they cook for.

On February 18, 2026, she said women should only cook for men who take care of them and treat them well. For those who do not, she suggested serving black tea and KDF, a thick and heavy type of mandazi known to keep someone full for hours. “Please, you only cook for a man who provides and treats you like a princess, a man who doesn’t provide, kindly feed him on kdf and black tea,” Ntazola stated.

She also opened up about her love life, saying she has never been in love. She shared this on her Instagram stories on February 17, 2026, while responding to rumours.

“Any other clown running around telling my business, ignore that I’ve never been in love with a human being, not in this current life,” Ntazola stated.

Months earlier, she had also shared her views on relationships and emotional attachment. In a post on January 14, 2026, she said she finds it embarrassing for a grown woman to cry over a man who has done nothing meaningful for her. “A whole grown woman crying over a man who has never bought her a bracelet. So embarrassing?” Ntazola questioned.

She added that some men cannot even handle small acts of care. “That little man can’t even buy you a bicycle,” she said.
