Nurse Judy has said she is not afraid to speak up about unfair treatment and will report bullying at work.

She said on Friday, February 21, 2026, that she has always refused to accept toxic behaviour.

“Mimi from Kitambo, I cannot vumilia toxicity and bullying, I will always report people,” she said.

She added that people should ask her charge nurse back in Kenya about how she reports bullying. She said she once reported a charge nurse for how she treated staff.

“I went and reported to her how she was bullying nurses and making them cry every day,” she said.

She added that she spoke up for others because many are afraid to do so.

“Niliongelelea kila mtu because people are so afraid to speak up!!” she said.

She said she does not fear speaking out and warned people not to test her.

“NOT ME tho, don’t try me!!” she said.

She added that fair treatment matters to her at all times.

This comes after Nurse Judy called out Kenyan medics in the US obsessed with negativity.

She criticised some Kenyan nurses for staying angry instead of getting informed about opportunities in the United States. She said on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, on Instagram that many nurses choose to complain rather than learn how to position themselves for success.

She said, “Let’s talk about why some nurses stay MAD instead of getting informed,” and added, “Well, it tickles me how they get mad I’d pay to watch them live in that state!!”

According to Nurse Judy, many focus on discouraging others from coming to the US. She said gatekeeping has become common, even on platforms like TikTok.

“Most people would rather gatekeep, discourage, and scare nurses back home from coming to the US… that’s what most have been doing, even on TikTok,” she explained.
