The body of a middle-aged woman, who was allegedly killed by unknown people, was found lying by the road in Nyabioto area, Nyamira County.
According to reports by police, the deceased was identified by passers-by on Wednesday morning with her body tied on the hands and feet. The reports also revealed that she resided alone in Moromba village.
The police are yet to establish the cause of the murder and the killers are still at large.
Her body was taken to the mortuary, as police begin investigations to identify killers.
