Comedian and TV personality Dr Ofweneke has raised eyebrows after making a very candid declaration about the type of women he finds attractive, and Kenyans online have had a lot to say about it.
During a recent sit-down on the Dialogue With Jagero podcast, the comedian did not hold back when the conversation turned to his romantic preferences.
The clip has since gone viral, clearly striking a nerve with viewers across the board.
What did Dr Ofweneke actually say?
Speaking in his signature blunt style, Ofweneke admitted that he simply does not engage with women who do not have a curvy body type, particularly when it comes to having a big backside.
He was unapologetic about it, framing it purely as personal taste.
“I don’t speak to women who don’t have nyash because it’s my preference and nobody should attack me for that. Curvy women have always been my preference,” he said.
But curves were not the only thing on his list. Ofweneke revealed that women who are driven and busy also catch his attention.
He described being drawn to a woman who picks up the phone mid-meeting, saying that level of ambition and focus is genuinely attractive to him.
“I get turned on by women who are busy somewhere. You call them, and they are in a meeting — that thing gets me. If you want to turn me off, just mention radar on a Friday,” he added.
He also took a moment to acknowledge the mothers of his children, saying:
“The ladies who have given birth to my children are very beautiful, and I appreciate them.”
The clip triggered a stream of responses ranging from humour to mild outrage.
