Jubilee Party politician Pauline Njoroge has heaped praises on the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) Member of Parliament Winnie Odinga following her media interview on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Taking to her Facebook page on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, Njoroge gave her take, praising Winnie as a firm and brilliant politician who is very clear in what she believes in.
“Winnie Odinga is who she thinks she is Brilliant, firm, articulate and very clear on what she stands for!” Njoroge stated.

Winnie, who spoke exclusively to a local TV station on Tuesday, January 27, set the record straight on a number of issues.

Winnie also dismissed Oketch Salah as a serial liar, cautioning Kenyans to believe the latter at their own risk.
“I have met Oketch Salah, but I’d like to believe nobody really knows him. A flat-out lie that you were there at the time of my father’s death and you were not, and talking about things that did not occur, is quite dangerous and makes me question his intentions.
According to the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) legislator, Oketch should be rushed to either Mathare or DCI immediately.
“He should be rushed to either Mathare or DCI with immediate effect,” she asserted.
Relationship with Oburu
The EALA Member of Parliament (MP) also downplayed claims that the Odinga family is deeply divided ahead of a planned family meeting convened by Orange Democratic Movement party leader Oburu Odinga.
“There is no family feud. If there was a family feud, I doubt he would tell me that in public. He is a funny guy. Mambo ya nyumbani tunaongea kinyumbani, but mambo ya chama is not to be discussed at home,” she said.
She clarified that the Odinga family is very united, noting that the difference in opinion has been misinterpreted to imply that the family is divided.

“I love Dr Oburu, he is my only dad. I don’t know why this has become national news. Our family is tight. We have no problems at all,” she said.
She also stated that ODM has not fulfilled its mandate in an open manner, adding that her criticism should not be read as personal attacks.
“I love my uncle and my uncle loves me. The issue is people misrepresenting themselves and moving in a manner that is not respectful to the creeds of the party. They are not being respectful to the constitution of ODM,” Winnie said.
