Kenya Power announced a scheduled power outage set for Saturday, September 14, 2024, that will affect parts of the country.

The scheduled power blackout in Uasin Gichu County will mainly affect the areas of Kipkeino and Kosyin.

Affected customers include residents of Chiv Construction Limited, Hari Pipe Company, Kipkeino Centre, Kosyin Dispensary and Centre, Tangit Centre, Kamagut High School, Kamagut Missionary Hospital, Victoria Water Pump, and adjacent customers.

Electricity is set to go off at 10 am until 5 pm when Kenya Power said it will be restored.
