President Ruto reschedules Narok tour, Governor Ntutu announces

President William Ruto’s tour of Narok county that had been scheduled for April has been postponed to a later date.

In a statement Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu announced that the tour that had been scheduled for 29th and 30th of April will not go on as planned.

“The visit has been postponed to 6th and 7th of May due to the President’s official international engagement with the People’s Republic of China” said Governor Ole Ntutu.

President William Ruto is scheduled for a trip to China and will engage on billateral talks with Chinese authorities.

“The tour of Narok remains of great significance to the people of Narok and of prioroty to the President” added the statement by Governor Ntutu.

The President during his visit to Narok will among others launch key development projects including an international airoport in Narok and the leather factory in the region.
