President Ruto returns from Namibia after attending presidential swearing in

President William Ruto is back in the country after attending the inauguration of Namibia’s new Head of State, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, in the capital, Windhoek.

While congratulating President Nandi-Ndaitwah on her historic achievement, President Ruto commended Namibia for electing its first female Head of State — a significant milestone that places Namibia among a growing number of African nations led by women.

He expressed Kenya’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Namibia, saying the two countries will continue to work closely for the mutual benefit of their citizens.

President Ruto wished the new Namibian leader great success as she begins her tenure
