President William Ruto is set to embark on a three-day tour of the Kisii region today, Monday.
Local leaders have already begun preparations for Ruto’s visit, with Nyaribari Chache constituency MP Zaheer Jhanda holding a meeting with over 10,000 women on Sunday. Jhanda praised the Head of State for including the Kisii region in his Cabinet by appointing Julius Migos to the education ministry.
He emphasized that the president’s visit will be crucial in fostering unity among leaders in the region, encouraging them to support Mr. Ruto and urging residents not to be swayed against his initiatives.
During his visit, President Ruto is expected to launch a Ksh. 3.4 billion modern ultra-cancer center, along with other projects.
