A woman stabbed her two children to death in Rongai’s Maasai Lounge area early Thursday, police officers have said.
The two children, a boy and a girl, were two and seven years old, respectively.
After killing her children, she allegedly descended on her husband, stabbing him and leaving him for dead.
Hussein Gura, the area police commander, confirmed the incident, saying the woman also stabbed herself during what was described as a domestic fight gone wrong.
The woman and her husband are being treated at Sinai Hospital in Rongai while police investigate the incident.
