President Ruto is set to conclude his visit to Germany today, following the signing of an agreement with the city of Hamburg and a labour mobility pact on Friday, September 13, 2024, which will benefit over 250,000 Kenyans. This will mark Ruto’s final day in Germany, where he has been accompanied by Raila Odinga, who speaks fluent German due to his studies in the country decades ago.
