The Chingi Changa hitmaker termed the reports from her recent post as a misunderstanding.

She has clarified her statement about the sister who died. According to Vivianne, the lady who died was a sister ‘in Christ’.

She posted a photo of her two biological sisters saying they are well and alive.

“Please let me clarify that both my biological sisters in picture one are both healthy, alive, and well. The lady in the hospital bed is my sister in God’s love. I am very sorry for those affected by the misunderstanding,” she said.

On Tuesday, Vivianne shared a post with a lady lying in a hospital bed with a caption that suggested that her sister succumbed to Cancer.

She shared the sad news with her online fans admitting that it was indeed very difficult to accept that her sister had passed on.

“It’s difficult to accept that death is part of life. Oh, my sister… #CancerKills 💔 @texascancercentre.”

Her followers flooded the comment section with condolence messages.

It is, however, not clear if the post was to promote her upcoming project about the disease.
