Gospel singer Size 8 has opened up about a dark chapter in her life, revealing a lineage steeped in witchcraft and the struggles she faced breaking free.

Struggles and challenges
The singer recounted serious challenges that affected her health, her children, and her marriage. She revealed that she once suffered partial paralysis and battled constant fear, and that her children faced life-threatening situations while she struggled to maintain her ministry.
“Junior was in the ICU for a very long time, and Wambo was about to die when she was two months old,” she said, highlighting the intensity of the spiritual and practical struggles she faced.

Financial hardship also played a major role, with Size 8 disclosing that she had only Ksh 58 in her account while burying her mother. Her marriage with DJ Mo, she said, went through a strain, including a separation that lasted several months.
Triumph through faith
Despite the hardships, Size 8 emphasised that faith and perseverance helped her break the cycle. She credited her deliverance to the mercy of God, which allowed her to rise above her family’s history.
“Now I am enjoying Christianity in a beautiful way. I see the mercy of God, and I celebrate life,” she said.
she highlighted that while spiritual battles can be inherited, personal conviction, knowledge, and determination can rewrite a family’s story
