Content creator Deborah Chebet Rono has called out Kate actress and Elsa Majimbo for ‘copying’ her content.

In a series of videos and tweets shared, Rono alleged that the two were imitating her content and disguising it as theirs.

“I’m calling everybody out, Kate actress stop copying me, Elsa Majimbo stop copying me, what do you mean, you are out of material?” she posed.

Continuing her spiel, Rono claimed that Elsa was copying everything she said and did.

“Elsa say something I haven’t said. They copy everything I do mahn,” she wrote on her Twitter account.

In 2021, Rono was forced to defend herself following the constant comparison she got with Elsa. This was after most of her fans claimed that Majimbo had copied her comedy style.

Rono expressed disappointment and decried that comparison was uncalled for and that what really mattered was how best she produced her content.

”A lot of people compared me with Elsa, which was at first it was okay, you know when Rihanna is in the market, Beyonce has to say something or people have to say something about that. I did understand it in the beginning because it is the industry, and people are always going to compare you. And they would do it to my face and it got to a point did not care. It sucks,” she said at the time.]

”The last thing you want to do is compare. It really sucks. As long as I am a channel and I am Deborah Chebet Ronoh as best as I know how to, nothing else matters,” she added.
