Registrar of Companies Joyce Koech has asked the directors of these companies to provide reasons why their firms should not be removed from the company register.
According to the law, when a company is dissolved, the liability of the directors, members and officers ceases.
A company could be dissolved by the registrar if it applies to be struck off the register on its own, is in liquidation or is no longer in operation.
