Thee Pluto lists 3 habits quietly killing men’s dreams

Content creator Thee Pluto has warned young men about three habits he says are silently destroying their futures.

Speaking from observation and personal experience through his Instagram, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, he highlights what he calls the three Ls: liquor, ladies, and leverage as the main habits quietly destroying men’s stability, dreams, and financial growth.

According to Thee Pluto, liquor is often underestimated, yet it is one of the easiest ways for young men to lose direction. Excessive drinking leads to missed opportunities, poor decision-making, and a decline in personal discipline.

He notes that even highly intelligent individuals can fall victim to alcoholism, finding themselves unable to sustain consistency in their goals.

Beyond the physical health risks, he emphasises the financial drain that alcohol dependency creates, slowly eating into savings and productivity.

“You see, when you take a lot of liquor and you get too intoxicated, opportunities usually slip away from you. Even the smartest person knows this much about liquor, health problems, wastage of money and other things,” he warned.

Ladies

The second trap, ladies, does not refer to healthy or supportive relationships. Thee Pluto specifically warns against high-maintenance, overly transactional relationships, situations where romance becomes expensive and emotionally draining.

He points out that some young men fall into the habit of funding lifestyles for multiple partners simply to prove a point. This pressure to maintain an image or win validation often results in deep financial strain, emotional stress, and a distorted sense of self-worth.

“And you see I’m not talking about healthy relationships. I’m talking about high maintenance relationships, high transactional relationships. You see, romance becomes expensive when you start sponsoring a lifestyle of multiple partners,” he noted.

Borrowing beyond your reality

The third “L,” leverage, speaks to the misuse of borrowing power. Many young men fall into debt cycles by taking loans for the wrong reasons, such as luxury spending, nightlife, or impressing others.

Pluto cautions that mismanaged leverage becomes a long-term trap, leading to constant financial pressure and limiting one’s ability to invest in meaningful goals such as business, education, or personal growth.
