Former Super Eagles winger, Emmanuel Amuneke, has endorsed Victor Osimhen’s impending transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.

Ligue 1 champions, PSG are currently working on a deal to sign Osimhen this summer.

The Nigeria international has a €130m release clause in his contract.

Amuneke, who gave Osimhen his international breakthrough at the U-17 level, stated that a move to PSG will help the forward’s career.

“PSG are a big team who play in the UEFA Champions League, it will be a welcome development if he moved there),” Amuneke declared.

“To grow is a welcome development after he has done a lot for Napoli.

“He’s our star, he has to be playing and he knows what he wants.”
