French Ligue 1 side Marseille are interested in signing Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

As reported by Sky Sport, a formal approach is expected soon.

Marseille manager Marcelino is a long-term admirer of the Gabonese attacker.

Aubameyang currently has one year left on his contract with Chelsea.

Talks between Aubameyang and Chelsea have been held over “viable exit routes”.

Aubameyang joined Chelsea from Barcelona last year.

The former Arsenal captain has so far failed to establish himself at Chelsea.
