AC Milan Senior Advisor Zlatan Ibrahimović has opened up about his side signing Chelsea attacking midfielder Joao Felix on a permanent basis.

Felix left Chelsea to join the Italian side on loan in the January transfer window.

He will stay at San Siro for the rest of the season after failing to get regular playing time at Chelsea under manager Enzo Maresca.

The Portuguese had already given a detailed reason for his decision to leave Stamford Bridge and join the Italian giants.

“I didn’t ask AC Milan to play every game, just to play in my position… and Sérgio Conceição wanted exactly to put me in my best position,” the Portugal international said, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Speaking on a potential permanent deal for the former Atletico Madrid man, Ibrahimović said, “Everything is possible.”

“We wanna trust João in order to see his best performances, then everything is possible,” he told Sky.

Felix left Atletico Madrid, where he stood no chance of playing under Diego Simeone, to join Chelsea in the summer of 2024.
