Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has provided the latest update on two of his players, Kyle Walker and Joao Cancelo, amid the ongoing summer transfer window.

Walker and Cancelo have been linked with a move away from Manchester City this summer.

Walker has attracted interest from Bayern Munich, while Cancelo’s loan deal with the Bundesliga champions expired this summer.

Speaking about the players’ situation, Guardiola said at a press conference (via Mirror): “I spoke with Kyle [Walker] and everything is right – so now we will see what happens.

“But I can’t tell you anything because he is still thinking about it.

“Joao [Cancelo] is here and has been important for us in the past. He is back and part of the group, so we will see what happens.”
