Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane is set to undergo his medicals with Bayern Munich ahead of a possible transfer this summer, The Athletic reports.

Both clubs have reached an agreement on a £100million deal for the England captain on Thursday night.

After reaching a deal in principle with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, the Bundesliga champions had to wait for the final green light from Kane to move ahead.

But following talks, there is renewed optimism from Bayern that a deal can be finalized in the coming days with Kane ready to undergo a medical.

Tottenham are expected to officially grant Kane permission to fly to Germany to complete the formalities of his deal.

The 30-year-old will put pen to paper on a contract worth around £400,000-per-week.
