The new manager of Paris Saint-Germain, Luis Enrique has told Neymar Jr and four other players that they are not part of his plans.

RMC reports the other squad members are Marco Verratti, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat and Renato Sanches.

The players had two-on-one meetings with Enrique and PSG sporting director, Luis Campos at the training ground on Wednesday.

They were advised to find new clubs this summer.

Neymar signed for the Ligue 1 champions in a world-record £198m move from Barcelona in 2017.

He becomes the latest high-profile superstar at the Parc des Princes, who could be heading for the exit door, with Kylian Mbappe’s future also unresolved.

Mbappe has already been banished from first-team training and is expected to be dropped for the league opener against Lorient this weekend.
