Chelsea midfielder, Mason Mount, is ready to report for pre-season training with the Premier League club, despite the possibility he could still join Manchester United.
United have submitted three unsuccessful bids for Mount already.
The Blues are holding out for £65m, but it is believed United have already made their best offer and are now looking at alternative targets.
Mount could leave as a free agent in June 2024, as he has so far been unwilling to sign a contract extension at Stamford Bridge.
It has been reported that Mount has already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils and is keen to secure a switch to Old Trafford.
But despite this, Mount is set to tell incoming Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino that he will continue to give everything for the club while he is still contracted and is ready to go on the tour of the US ahead of the new season.
