Paris Saint-Germain are expecting Real Madrid to send in an “insulting” offer for Kylian Mbappe as the deadline to extend his contract approaches.

RMC reports that the Ligue 1 champions feel the bid will come in on the final day of July.

PSG President, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, has given Mbappe an ultimatum to trigger the option to extend his contract by the end of July or else he will be sold in the summer transfer window.

With time running out, Al-Khelaifi expects last-minute scrambles for the France captain.

Chelsea are also reportedly lining up a player-plus-cash swap deal, while Liverpool are rumoured to be trying to sign him on loan.

Madrid, however, remain the most likely destination for Mbappe.
