Arsenal have reached complete agreement with West Ham over the transfer of Declan Rice, The Athletic reports.
Negotiations between the two London clubs have been drawn out over the structure of payments.
A deal worth £100m, plus £5m in add-ons was agreed last week, but Arsenal and West Ham have been locked in advanced talks.
The Hammers have now given their captain permission to finalise personal terms with the Gunners and undergo a medical.
The 24-year-old, who has already sorted out personal terms with Arsenal, will sign a five-year contract in the coming days.
Rice becomes the most expensive signing in the history of Arsenal.
