Kenya Premier League title holders Tusker edged Mathare United 2-0 to keep the pressure on record local champions Gor Mahia who also secured a 2-1 win away to Bandari at the Mbaraki grounds, Mombasa.

Tusker head coach Robert Matano said he is only thinking about his team as the title race moves into the final stretch.

“We are not thinking about Gor Mahia at all. We are focused on ourselves and winning our matches.”

Roger Ouma scored a spectacular brace of volleys in the second half, six minutes apart, to seal Ruaraka based side’s fourth win in a row.
