Arsenal have been handed a fresh injury blow after striker Eddie Nketiah was forced to miss training on Tuesday.

This is coming ahead of Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League clash against Sevilla on Wednesday.

Nketiah had picked up a knock in Arsenal’s Premier League 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United over the weekend.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta may deploy Kai Havertz or Leandro Trossard as his main striker against Sevilla, as Gabriel Jesus is already absent.

Arteta’s side will hope to make it back-to-back wins against Sevilla on Wednesday night.

The Gunners had won 2-1 in the reverse fixture in Spain a few weeks ago.

The kick-off time for the match is 9 pm at Emirates Stadium.
