UCL: No Real Madrid player included in UEFA’s Champions League team [Full list]

No Real Madrid player was included in UEFA’s Champions League Fantasy football team of the week despite their victory over Manchester City in the quarter-final second-leg clash on Wednesday.

UEFA, on Thursday, named their Champions League team of the week following the conclusion of the quarter-final fixtures on Wednesday night.

The Europe’s football governing body included Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne in the team.

De Bruyne scored Man City’s goal against Madrid as the match ended in a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes.

However, the Spanish La Liga leaders advanced to the semi-final stage on a 4-3 penalty shootout victory.

Other players included in the team includes Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.

Here is UEFA’s Champions League team after the quarter-final fixtures:

Goalkeeper:

Manuel Neuer (Bayern) – 7 points

Defenders:

Raphaël Guerreiro (Bayern) – 9 points

Ian Maatsen (Dortmund) – 8 points

Achraf Hakimi (PSG) – 7 points

Midfielders:

Marcel Sabitzer (Dortmund) – 14 points
