Over the past weekend, flamboyant Ugandan prophet Elvis Mbonye set Twitter ablaze following a grand and unrivaled gala concert held in his honor at Plot 47 Kigo Lweza, Kampala, Uganda.
The event was a sight filled with opulence and extravagance, leaving attendees in awe.
Photos from the event quickly went viral, with his followers discussing his unique style and fashion choices.
In a previous interview, Prophet Mbonye proudly proclaimed himself as one of the flamboyant ministers of God, stating,
“I would rather be flamboyant than shabby.”
Known for his remarkable prophetic accuracy, Mbonye often emphasizes his unparalleled track record of prophetic fulfillment.
This claim serves as his tagline on social media, which reads, “The prophet with an unprecedented record of prophetic fulfillments.”
In 2021, the stylish man of God made a visit to Kenya, where former NTV host Grace Ekirapa interviewed him.
He shared his early spiritual experiences during this interview, including a remarkable encounter with Jesus at four.
Mbonye recounted the moment: “I was four years old when I had an encounter with Jesus. I told my siblings, but I did not tell my parents. It was a lengthy experience, and then He brought me back to bed. These were some of the rare heavenly moments I used to have as a child.”
He described the challenges he faced during his childhood, plagued by encounters with the dark world.
“Most of my nights were encounters with the demonic dark world. I used to be attacked and oppressed, often waking up screaming. I would hear things walking. I was known as the most fearful child in the home because of the encounters and experiences. Sometimes the demons would come and sleep on my bed, and my brother would also experience them. I was always fearful and screaming,” he shared.
