Singer Kevin Kioko, popularly known as Bahati, has renewed his commitment to his wife, Diana Bahati, in a heartwarming message amid speculation of trouble in the union.
The singer posted a photo of his wife, accompanied by a brief statement in which he emphasised his commitment to the rapper.
A statement posted on his social media accounts on Thursday, January 29, 2026, saw the singer express his hope of spending an eternity with the mother of his children.
“Ombi La Kwangu Niahidi Mimi Nawewe Milele… Usijeniacha Ya Shinde Maneno Ya Wale Wanaosema (My prayer is that you promise never to leave me and let’s disapprove naysayers),” Bahati stated.
The couple caused a stir on social media after unfollowing each other on Instagram, sparking speculation of their relationship going through a rocky patch.
A spot-check by K24 Digital confirmed that Bahati’s account, which has more than 3.9 million followers, does not follow Diana’s.
Diana’s account is also not among those following Bahati’s.
Diana wipes her Instagram account clean
Another move that sent social media into a frenzy was Diana’s move to wipe her Instagram account clean.
Diana executed the move on Thursday, January 22, 2026, leaving the account clean.
It is not clear what informed her decision to wipe the account, which has more than 3.2 million followers, clean.
K24 Digital confirmed that the account, which previously had content, including photos and videos of the celebrity couple and their family, now has no posts.
The two moves did not go unnoticed, with netizens speculating that it could be an indication that all is not well.
Diana & Bahati spark speculation
Some, however, downplayed the move as an attempt to make waves online, remain relevant and push their brand.
The move comes months after Bahati promised a wedding that failed to happen.
After creating a buzz with a promise to make a big announcement at an event dubbed ‘Bahati’s big announcement’ on March 01, 2025, the singer promised to wed on Oct 28, 2025.
