Carla Jeffery’s twin brother, Carlon Jeffery, has shared a heartbreaking glimpse into the final messages he sent the Disney Channel actress before her death.

The emotional texts shared on Thursday, September 3, 2026, showed the close bond between the twins, with Carlon expressing his love, admiration and pride for Carla.

In one of the messages, Carlon, who is also an actor and rapper, asked his sister to call him back, saying he had simply wanted to check how her day had gone.

“Hey Sis, call me back when you get this… I was just calling to see how your day went! I love you to the moon & back, sis,” he wrote.

Carlon then opened up about how proud he was of his twin sister, praising her strength, character and the way she touched the lives of those around her.

“I just want you to know how proud I am of you. Your resilience, your grace, your infectious smile that lights up a room. You are truly a light that shines bright,” he told her.

He also encouraged Carla to protect the qualities that made her special, reminding her not to allow anyone, including herself, to dim her light.

“Don’t let anyone… dim that light… even yourself. The light you carry is special and must be protected at all times,” Carlon wrote.

He went on to describe Carla as the kind of sister any brother would be grateful to have, while expressing his hope that their bond would continue to grow.

“You are the best sister a brother could ask for. I pray we continue to grow closer to one another along this journey,” he said.

Carlon ended the heartfelt message with a powerful reassurance of his love and support for his twin sister.

“I got your back in this life and the next,” Carlon wrote.

Carla’s death

Carla died on September 1, 2026, at the age of 33. Her death was confirmed by Alexander’s Talent Management, which described her as more than a client and said she had become part of the agency’s family after joining at the age of 12.

“It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at just 33 years old,” the agency said in a statement.

“Carla joined the Alexanders Talent Management family at the age of 12. For more than 20 years, we had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant, and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room.”

Carla was best known for playing Bree in Disney’s Zombiesfranchise, appearing in Zombies, Zombies 2 and Zombies 3. She also voiced the character in Zombies: The Re-Animated Series.

Her death has since prompted an outpouring of tributes from those who knew and worked with her, as fans remember the actress for her talent, vibrant personality and memorable role as Bree.
