Betty Bayo’s widower Hiram Gitau, widely known as Tash, was left visibly moved after the late singer’s two children, Sky and Danny, surprised him with a bouquet of red roses and a handwritten note expressing their love and appreciation for him.
The heartwarming moment was captured in a TikTok video posted on September 22, 2026, filmed indoors near a doorway.
Tash can be seen receiving the flowers before reading out the handwritten message the children left him, with a close-up shot of the note displayed on screen.
The note, signed by Sky, carried a simple but powerful message urging him to “stay strong,” a sentiment that clearly struck a chord.

The video quickly gained traction online, with many viewers touched by the bond Tash shares with Bayo’s children.
The late Betty Bayo, a celebrated gospel musician, passed away and left behind the two kids, who have since remained close to Tash.
According to the clip, the children visited a shop and chose the roses themselves before presenting them to him.
