The Nairobi-based fashion label Ellen Design, founded by Hellen A Tolbert, dressed Winnie for the official dedication and handover ceremony of the Raila Amolo Odinga Mausoleum, held on Wednesday, October 7, at Kang’o ka Jaramogi in Bondo, Siaya County.
The ceremony was presided over by President William Ruto, who unveiled a commemorative plaque alongside Raila’s widow, Mama Ida Odinga, formally converting the site into a public heritage centre to be managed by the National Museums of Kenya.
