Nigerian Afrobeats icon Wizkid is heading to Nairobi for Detty Dezemba this December, but before a single note has been played, it is the ticket prices that have set the internet ablaze.
A screenshot from the concert’s official booking platform went viral after revealing that the premium table package carries a price of KES 2,000,000, leaving fans in disbelief and sparking a wave of reactions across social media.
What the KSh 2 million package actually includes
The package in question is called the OGB-01 OGBAFIA Table, and it is designed to accommodate up to 30 guests. For that figure, buyers get a roped-off private section on the Terrace complete with dedicated security and personal service throughout the night.
The deal also includes a KES 1 million bar tab, a photo session with the artists, 20 parking stickers, and exclusive pick-up and drop-off services to the venue. A Lipa Pole Pole instalment payment option is also available, offering some flexibility for those determined to secure a spot.
