Charlene Ruto kicked off her wedding morning in the best way possible — surrounded by her sisters and closest friends, robes on, bouquets in hand, and not a care in the world.
Wedding photographer Kaplong shared a reel on November 6, capturing the bridal squad in full pre-wedding mode.
Charlene wore a white satin robe with gold “Bride” embroidery on the back, while four ladies accompanying her were dressed in matching olive-green satin robes bearing the word “Bridesmaid.”
The shoot took place outdoors on a stone pathway framed by palm trees and thick greenery, giving the clip a warm, tropical feel.
As the group posed with their backs to the camera, the embroidered lettering stole the frame before they turned, jumped in the air with their bouquets, laughed, hugged and shared cheek kisses.
Sisters take centre stage
Three of the five in the reel are family. Charlene stood in the centre in white, with her two sisters flanking her in green, all three with bouquets raised and smiling. The two ladies on the outer edges are close friends who form part of her bridal squad for the day.
The moment that caught most fans’ attention showed Charlene kicking one leg up in the air, tongue out in sheer excitement, while her sisters stood beside her with arms raised and bouquets lifted high.
It was pure, unscripted pre-wedding energy, the kind that only sisters sharing a morning together can produce.
Charlene was also filmed walking hand-in-hand with one of her bridesmaids and sharing warm embraces throughout the shoot, capturing a mix of friendship and genuine excitement before the main event.
