A court in Kithimani, Machakos County, on Friday sentenced a man to life imprisonment for rape and deliberate transmission of HIV.
The court, in its ruling, noted that the accused was not remorseful for his crimes.
The prosecution had produced called five witnesses and three exhibits namely P3 form, a syringe, and a knife that the accused used to threaten his two victims.
