President William Ruto’s daughter, Charlene Ruto, has finally offered Kenyans a glimpse of her bridal shower.
The photos she shared on Tuesday, November 3, showcase an elegant garden celebration featuring pink décor, warm lighting, and beautiful floral arrangements.
Inside Charlene Ruto’s bridal shower The venue, seemingly an executive private location, was dressed to impress.
An arched mirror at the entrance welcomed guests with the inscription “Welcome to Charlene’s Bridal Shower” in pink lettering.
Inside the canopied space, fairy lights hung across the ceiling alongside cream macramé and flowing fabric, lending the setting a bohemian feel.
Pampas grass and roses surrounded a gold script rendering of her name on a pastel backdrop, while glass candle holders framed a dessert table adorned with two custom cakes.
One cake, topped with a gold “Miss to Mrs” sign, was inscribed “Hey Mrs Yunge,” while a second pink cake read “Miss Babe to Mrs Babe” and featured a “Bride to Be” topper.

How did Charlene dress for her bridal shower?
Charlene turned up in a sleeveless white dress with a fitted bodice and flared skirt, completing the bridal look with a gold tiara, a “Bride to Be” sash and a veil bearing a gold “Bride” decal at the back.
In one moment captured in the photos, her friends helped pin the tiara into place.
Guests followed a pink-dominated dress code, dancing alongside the bride-to-be, filming her on their phones and cheering as she made her entrance.
Her younger sister, Stephanie Jepchumba, was reportedly among those who attended the celebration.
Charlene later acknowledged her guests on social media, saying she was grateful that the women she had shared life with over the years had chosen to show up for her in such a meaningful way.

When is Charlene Ruto’s wedding?
The shower is the latest milestone in Charlene’s journey towards marriage with Isaya Yunge, a 36-year-old Tanzanian businessman.
The couple kept their relationship out of the public eye for a long time before the wedding announcement came through.
Their Koito ceremony, a traditional Kalenjin rite that formally marks a couple’s engagement ahead of a church or civil wedding, was held on August 8, 2026 at Intonna Heritage Farm in Kilgoris, Narok County.
The pair were also spotted attending a traditional wedding in Kericho County on 30 October.
No official date has been announced for the white wedding, though videos from the ongoing preparations in Tanzania have surfaced.
