Victor Osimhen is confident Galatasaray will qualify for the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 despite the defeat to AZ Alkmaar.

Galatasaray lost 4-1 to the Dutch club in the first leg of the playoff tie on Thursday.

Osimhen missed the game due to suspension.

The forward insisted that the Turkish Super Lig champions will overturn deficit in the second leg next week Thursday.

“The return match in Istanbul will be very different. With the support of our fans, we will show them the true power of Galatasaray,” the Nigeria international was quoted by Fotomac.

“I will score my goals. Leave AZ Alkmaar to me. We will be the side that advances. I am sure of that. Everyone should keep their morale high.”

Osimhen has scored four goals for Galatasaray in the Europa League this season.
