First-time mum gives birth to 5 babies in Nakuru

A first-time mother gave birth to 5 babies at Nakuru Level 5 hospital on Tuesday evening.

According to Nakuru level 5 hospital medical superintendent Dr.Aisha Maina, the mother and the quintuplets are currently at the facility.

The 25-year-old lady was rushed to the theatre on Tuesday after doctors discovered that she is expecting quintuplets.

Dr.Aisha says the 5, a boy and 4 girls are accommodated at the Newborn unit in the hospital.
